Parse custom NCBI dump files to a tree

Hi,

I would like to parse custom nodes.dmp and names.dmp files into a tree. Specifically, I'd like to generate the tree for the UHGG genomes. I've searched through the documentation and the NCBI related Python module but I could not find any code to do so. Is there existing code that I missed that can do this?
