I receive errors on Google Calendar syncs that are various as well with the most frequent being: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x8377000E): Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again.

I don' know how to put all of it into a single title or line, here is another error from the same sync: https://github.com/etesync/etesync-dav/issues/310

Please note when responding with instruction, be detailed as I am not a developer nor am I familiar enough with CalDav Synchronizer despite having used it for many years.
