Windows SmartScreen blocks installation as 'Unknown program'

I'm not sure if this is a duplicate of #190 (I don't think so, as there's no mention of malware here). But I can't install the DAVBridge on my company laptop as Windows SmartScreen blocks it as an unknown program (and I can't disable SmartScreen).

I am wondering if this will be resolved once #192 is fixed? I am reporting this as a separate issue to track it.
