Missing file in latest release

The latest release on GitHub is 0.31.2. Via pypi.org the latest version is 0.31.5 (https://pypi.org/project/etebase/#files) The tar.gz archive of this version is missing the build.rs, so that an installation on e.g. a Raspberry Pi fails because it does not find it.
