Not syncing calendar
Back again. My Sony Compact phone won't sync with my Huawei tablet. Allowing to run in background as FAQ suggests. Sorry if I'm missing something obvious.
Usually it's better to just email [email protected] when it's something that looks like user error. But since you already opened it, let's do it here. Let's forget about the background for a second, what happens when you go to your EteSync account page and click the "Sync" icon? Could you please try to describe what's going on?
Also, could you please provide some details such as your Android version and EteSync version?
Android 9. Ete 1.5.1 Trying to sync Etar 1.0.17 When I hit sync in ete it cycles breifly and stops. Sorry couldn't find the email address.
Could you please to the latest version of EteSync? I recently fixed some issues with error reporting. Additionally, please check Settings -> Distrust system certificates. Make sure that system certificates are trusted and then try again. If the above doesn't fix it, please enable "verbose logging" and "log to file", try to sync, and send me the file. Please make sure to scrub whatever private information that may be there.
