REQ: Instant Camera Upload

I currently have a NextCloud instance up and running, but would love to replace it with the etesync service. However the ability to have my photos backed up instantly to a server is a awesome feature. Would this be possible to implement?

I would love to have it, though it's a lot of work so it's not a priority yet. Syncing my images on Android still remains one of my biggest pain points. :(

I need to think about how to do it well, not sure if it fully fits within the journal model, but maybe with some extensions it could work. I essentially want a generic file sync that supports something like the duplicity protocol.
