Sync the Starred/Favorite property of contacts

This is more of a wishlist item than a bug.

When a contact is starred (added to favorites) or unstarred, there is a new entry in the change journal, but the only difference is the revision number. This is the case whether using the built-in contacts app or Simple Contacts, both of which use the same mechanism for determining and setting starred contacts.

This is not a standardized component of CardDav, but it is a standard feature of Android. Apparently at one point, Davx5 stored this info in the X-DAVDROID-STARRED category, but I haven't verified that.

I've used EteSync for years and across ROMs, and it's worked beautifully. Having to scroll through and set my favorite contacts after a device wipe is the only hassle, and it's not a huge one, but as I get older, I feel that the less I have to remember, the fewer headaches! I'm not aware of any app that can synchronize, back up, or restore this data — unless it actually works with Davx5, and I'm not certain of that — but the fact that Simple Contacts can read and write this info tells me that it's at least possible to do.

I can provide device details and other info if this is actually a bug, but I don't think it is.

I think we may just create a "Starred" group instead. This will make sure that it syncs correctly to all of the devices.

Now modern Android systems have decent 'do not disturb' facilities, being able to sync favourites becomes more than a wish. It's a necessity. Why? Because one of the handy do-not-disturb settings is to block phone calls from everyone unless the caller is marked favourite. Favourites are too important to leave (only) on the (vulnerable) mobile.
