Which is fine, by itself. However, with the musical chairs boost, it should multiply all rates by 2, and then add 0.
Haha, thats such shit. Funny, but shit. I mean, I figured that there was no way to have two boosts that correlate do essentially nothing, without it being a joke. Musical chairs even looks too good to be true, which is why I've ignored it until now. Thats the problem, though. Prizes are often brought up for discussion, yet one of the ones that looks to be the best actually does nothing.

If someone wants to write all the code necessary to multiply all rates by something, then it could be potentially be made useful, but that would't be easy.
PSOC doesn't correctly handle negative zero. It should turn rates of negative zero into positive zero. This could presumably be relevant to modders who are also terrible people.
