New layouts

I went ahead and created some new default layout options that I think would improve things a bit. They aren't drastically different than default. What they do is make use of the quick change layout option and make a decent job of showing what is possible with the layout system.

Having all 5 to start, and the option to import with names in case you delete them (or are an old players) would be cool. They are probably similar enough that the old default and default 2 can be dropped without annoying anyone.

I didn't remember how to get around exporting layouts with the export and layout box hidden, so if you like these, you probably want to fix that. That's also why I'm not doing a push (well, that and I don't have a project for this in my dev environment anymore).

Obviously feel free to tweak. I think all the panels should be in the same place on all of them, just selectively turned on/off, but I could be mistaken.
