Dragon Drum can only be gotten once

If I understand correctly, Dragon Drum is a redundakitty reward supposed to reduce the dragons' hiding/recovering timer. In that case, it should be possible to unlock it multiple times. However, I only got it once, and it stayed bought (it's in my boost list), preventing it from being activated again.
