Option for disabling "Reporting for Duty" message in configuration file

Would there be any chance a future version would allow us to disable Phabulous from posting the "Hi! Phabulous v3 reporting for duty!" message in Slack? The server I have Phabulous running on often reboots and I end up getting somewhat spammed by the welcome messages.

I'll second this – we run Phabulous on heroku, and it spams our slack as well (heroku reboots daily).
