Add this lib to the list of all http2 libs?

There is list of all libs for HTTP/2 support: https://github.com/http2/http2-spec/wiki/Implementations May be it would be nice to add this lib into it. As I'm not familiar with HTTP/2 I cannot do it( for example I do not know what version is supported).

I'm not sure if I can add it there, because it doesn't count as a client/server. Maybe intermediary? Vibe.d will probably be able to go there once the http2-botan-cleanup branch is merged
