No more inline replies?

Looks like the latest update (which looks really nice) broke inline comment replies and instead uses the standard 'reply on a separate page' flow. Was this intentional?

Yea, it was intentional. I just didn't have the will to look into and fix #143 and didn't want anyone else to lose a comment.
