Add ability to see which items were added to the top list since last visit

Hello, please consider adding this; For example when you visit the top page in the morning and read all interesting stuff, then you open the page again 12 hours later, it would be very convenient to see which stories are "old" (i've already seen them 12 hours ago) and which have been added since the visit in the morning - in bold text or...
