Quickstart: link to Install page

I'm just looking at starting in on this issue, and I'm not sure there will be much value left in the Quickstart page if we remove the Install instructions. The docs won't repeat themselves as much, but to go through the Quickstart process, a reader would need to start at Quickstart, go to Install, then come back to Quickstart in order to complete what we're billing up top as a 5 minute procedure.

I think that if we want to shorten and simplify the Quickstart page, it may be better to cut the macOS instructions out and add them to a more comprehensive Install page. We may also want to add more methods and OSs to the install page (I've had success installing etcd on Ubuntu using snap for instance, and I'm not sure if we have any Windows installation advice at all).

#365 was a start on a v3.4 version. It could be used as a base for a new v3.5 version.
