Drop versions from config

The versions a listed under docs, so we don't need to repeat them in the cofig. Let's keep things DRY.

Oh yes, good question! Generating the versions list from the folders under /docs would be beneficial for internationalization because it would allow translations to support the versions they deem important to them -- rather than us imposing that all translations support all versions.

I think this issue may functionally duplicate issue https://github.com/etcd-io/website/issues/234. They are at least closely related.
