SNAPSHOT build

I have some problems with the repo and as having SNAPSHOT makes the build to check for the repo everytime, I was wondering when v1.7.0 will be released and SNAPSHOT label taken down.

Quick response, not in 2 weeks. There is a SBT option to not check SNAPSHOT every single time. (something related to offline also)
