Make possible exposing counters values

Hi,

This adds possibility to access counter values from the outside of directive.

I think he's no longer working on this project. I have a PR waiting for his approval for quite a few days. :-(

@marloncarvalho It looks more like he is too busy. @esvit Perhaps you could find additional maintainer for the project?
