Issue with image pull secret in .dockercfg format instead of .dockerconfigjson format

All the image pull secret we use in our cluster are of type .dockercfg so when using k8s-image-swapper, it's not using the image pull secret.

Is there anyway to also use .dockercfg image pull secret type?
