Displayed locales

In the old version the locale could be specified which allows to see only specific locales and not all. This was very helpful when you want to translate only one language and the problem views displayed errors for one language and all .properties files.

Do I missed some settings ?

I fixed a few issues in the old version some years ago which can be downloaded from http://mytourbook.sourceforge.net/mytourbook/index.php/development/translation/install-resource-editor

It looks like this addition was made to the Babel version of this plugin (a version of eclipse-rbe donated to Eclipse Babel project, with no active maintainer now I believe). Feel free to create a pull request (against "develop" branch please) with fixes/additions you think may benefit eclipse-rbe. In the meantime I'll flag this as a feature request.
