Creation of direct links to sections

Create visible anchors for simplify the reference to sections when those have an identifier. For instance see http://lod-cloud.net/#state:

<h2 id="state">State of the LOD Cloud <small><a href="#state">#</a></small></h2>

In principle, it would be possible to do that in CSS. If not, JS allows one to reproduce this behaviour easily.
