Compile ODT2RASH locally

Currently, the compilation (via MVN) of ODT2RASH needs that all the updated resources are already available online. Thus, an update of such tool is possible only having an internet connection.

It would be good to allow updating the tool even by using directly the local files - for instance see how DOCX2RASH (in sources/docx2rash) works.
