Fix footnotes with links in .docx

Hi,

I created a RASH from a .docx that had 15 footnotes, all of them with links. The generated HTML by the rocs tool put some random stuff in <a href="<random stuff>"> until the footnote number 11, i.e. styles.xml, settings.xml, and so on.; in the others, it just left empty the href field.

I can provide by e-mail the .docx and the output if you need to.
