Add tags / keywords to repos

I just discovered this and genieframework.com/packages - they both look awesome!

I'm not sure how feasible this idea is, but I'd love to be able to add tags / keywords to each repo so that I could (for example) browse a list of all package related to machine learning. After filtering, I'd probably then want the choice to sort the list by stars, recent activity, etc.

Not sure if package developers should add tags to their projects as they go, or if there would be a way to have the community tag them after they show up online.

Again, I'm not sure how feasible this is - but I figured I'd throw it out there! Really excited to see this website and search tool mature - I think it will be fantastic for the community.
