If there's no `src/` directory. Might want to print a warning yes/no or something.
No point doing otherwise.
And document it for both shell and releases.
For example cuttlefish compiles fine but trying to build an escript out of it fails because the rebar escript options are ignored.

Should setup everything including MSYS2.
Obviously 'make ci' is going to need extra work for Windows, since Erlang/OTP can't be compiled with kerl on MSYS2 (that would try to produce a Linux executable and fail)....
Should be more than enough to help debug deps conflict related problems.
Adding a lock.mk file with generated repo URL/version should be a good solution to automate this.
