8th/cycle value undesiably doubles when pressing up/down arrows on tempo to a bpm between 60 and 1

When pressing up/down arrows on tempo box results in a bpm of 59 or lower, that undesirably causes the number in 8th/cycle to double, thus easily reaching astronomical values that become absurd and unreadable.

I got the 8th/cycle as high as 1.70141e+38 before it turned into inf!

I've found that this glitch doesn't happen when going to 1 bpm or 0 bpm but does when going to 2 bpm, so I've updated the title.
