Create new labels to better tag issues/PRs

To better sort and more easily prioritize issues and PRs, we should curate more labels to tag them with.

Some labels we may want:

  • payment pointer
  • browser:chrome
  • browser:firefox
  • accessibility

Created browser compatibility for now, but if we want more granularity, we can create labels specific to each browser.
