add timestamp scaling

Idea: if we can parse the timestamp for each logline, we can generate a scaled version of our logfile: instead of this:

12:45:36.001 LineA
12:45:36.401 LineB
12:45:36.402 LineC

we could display it like this:

12:45:36.001 LineA
...
12:45:36.401 LineB
12:45:36.402 LineC

we either could scale it linearly or probably better: logarithmically
