Add color highlighting for log syntax when opening/tailing log files

Describe what you would like to have

Syntax coloring for different log formats.

Potential Workaround

Open the log in VSCode with Log File Highlighter plugin enabled. If multiple log files, concat them with Chipmunk, save as new file, then open in VSCode as described.

More Information

It is really difficult to read log files without a syntax highlighting of words and/or sections. Having logs colorized like the mentioned plugin does would make it much easier to read.
