`bakeclean` doesn't clean custom output directories set by`outputDir`

When setting the outputDir parameter on a toolchain definition, the simple and stupid bakeclean script doesn't clean up on invocation. From the description of bakeclean I would have expected this. The bakeclean is actually pretty handy and a real alternative to git clean -f -x -d which might erase more things than intended.
