Port additional tests and fix GB events in runapptests.js

• Fixes GadgetBridge events being empty when sent with "t":"gb"
• Ports remaining tests from android/test.js
• Fixes logging for single value assertiions
• Adds a new test for messagesoverlay

There is one test sleeping 12 seconds to check if the fallback to internal GPS works when no GB gps events arrive. @gfwilliams can we advance the time in the emulator in a generic way so the sleep command could just jump over at least most of the sleep time to make the tests run quicker?
