Add UsbDriverTool to enable quick switch of JTAG for EthernetKit and other kits

EthernetKit and some other kits are using generic FTDI driver. It's not possible to debug this board. It's necessary switch the driver manually to WinUSB. UsbDriverTool from SysProgs allows to change the driver quickly: https://visualgdb.com/UsbDriverTool/
