Avast Antivirus causing problem with detection and installation of ESP-IDF

Install Avast antivirus. Run the installer. Avast will launch installer in secured mode and the detection of active antivirus on second screen fails with error:

HResultError { hres: -2147024891 }

Then Avast will re-launch the installer and second round is correct:

Detected antivirus: Avast Antivirus

Workaround: disable the antivirus or wait for antivirus to finish the scan and launch of new Installer.

Several second delay is detected on the screen with Install button when installing drivers, similar to issue #39
