How to use the Boolean State Configuration Cluster? (CON-1833)

I'm working on an Occypancy Sensor device.

I would like to be able to set the sensors sensitivity level from the controller (or chip-tool).

Is using the Boolean State Configuration Cluster the correct approach?

Any code examples on how to achieve the requirements?
