General issue report

his is with reference to Esp8266 is not taking At command for connecting wifi,with aurdino its connecting ,but I need to connect with other MCU,so I had connected TTL to usb to connect with Pc ,but it's not taking at command of wifi. At new piece its some data come over Serial port & was taking AT command but not connecting wifi with at command, first through TTL to USB I want to give AT command with PC to NodeMCU ESP8266 but it was not taking AT command after downloading aurdino firmware, I again download AT firmware with flasher but still its not taking AT Command
