Add an option to "archive" an incoming code review

This would be an awesome feature to help clean out the "incoming" code review section.

If you archive an issue, it'd be hidden, but there'd be a link below, "1 archived issue", just like older issues. Any non-autogenerated activity on the issue would un-archive it.

Also, add an option to archive a code review immediately after responding to it.

These all sound like great ideas, but it needs server side support so it probably won't happen soon.
