Randomly Placing/Breaking the protection block doesnt remove/add protection

Server Specs: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1220 V2 @ 3.10GHz 3.10 GHz 16,0 GB of Ram Windows 10 Pro 22H2 ( not mine, i would use linux obv )

Replicating: Break and place the protection block fast multiple times, it will do it once and then dont work. Default config.

Found out it happens when you use blocks that break fast.

как сделать так чтобы игроки могли ставить блоки ,уже сколько работаю над сервером никак не могу найти уже перелазил весь инет
