Reveal claim borders when placing a PS and it's too near another's claim

2. The PS is too near another's player PS
3. Show the other's PS boundaries with particles (maybe add a bit more particles in the "walls" of the claim, right now is not very visible)

In relation to #121 (Make people spread their regions better, waste less space, claim in a tidier way)

1. You place a PS
2. The PS is too near your own PS (remember, we want to force players to spread them evenly!)
3. Show where the current PS is located with a column of particles and particles all around the walls of the claim
4. Now the player has a new hint on how and where to place the protection stone! That is not too near to your own PS, and not too far from it, to make it perfectly merge and avoid wasting space and creating narrow gaps between claims.
