Some of the messages cannot be translated

The output (or part of it) of the following commands are hardcoded for some reason.

/ps list ps_list

/ps help ps_help

/ps admin ps_admin

/ps rent ps_rent

/ps flag ps_flag_1

This issue isn't a high priority thing for me by any means, but if you fix it at some point, you'll make me happy <3

Some of the messages are fairly cryptic to implement (spread out over several hundred lines of code), so this will have to be delayed until I have the time to seriously tackle this
