Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like

Support for B1SD-WE2I devices, specifically a BT remote of mine, more details on the device can be found here - https://github.com/openshwprojects/OpenBK7231T_App/issues/1654

This looks to be a 2024 chip with not much about it online, am not sure if ESPHome even can support it, am not sure what the exact requirements are.

Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:

Have my BT remote work with my existing bulbs in Home Assistant, not being reliant on the Tuya ecosystem.

These are one time flash chip. You cant reprogram it. The only way would be to physically swap it.
