Add support for 868MHz frequency for the CC1101 based RF modules

Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like

Hi, it would be nice to have a implementation of RF 868MHz frequency for the CC1101 moduls in ESPHome working like "out of the box". 433MHz frequency is allready working fine since quiet a while. Is there any chance that this gonna happen?
