Dashboard - add link to "Changelog"

Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like The Dashboard shows very nicely - if there is an update available for esphome. However it would be really nice to see the changes. To get there, I have to navigate "Documentation" -> "Github" -> "Releases"

I know it sounds lazy, however the change is also just cosmetical.

So my request: Add a link named "Changelog" to "https://github.com/esphome/esphome/releases", next to "ESPHome by Nabu Casa | Fund development | [2024.2.1 Documentation] https://www.esphome.io/)" at the bottom of that dashboard.

Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried: see above.
