Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like

Add support for AS6212 temperature sensor (I2C).

Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:

The SparkFun Digital Temperature Sensor Breakout (SEN-18521) utilizes a AS6212 chip to obtain temperature readings as well as high and low alert thresholds. A corresponding sensor component would be "a dream" to allow it to be used in ESPHome.

Additional context

The Sparkfun library is SparkFun_AS6212_Qwiic_Arduino_Library
