OS: Manjaro XFCE 21.3.5 Arduino IDE 1.8.19

Downloaded ESP8266FS-0.5.0.zip

Under File>Preferences, I have /home/xf/Arduino

Create a folder "tools" /home/xf/Arduino/tools

Unzip in this folder.
