I'm also now getting this issue after updating ESP8266 core for Arduino to 2.6.3

I've fixed it by re-installing the plugin.

I've fixed it by re-installing the plugin too. delete the whole folder and start arduino ide. close the ide and copy the plugin into tools folder. then restart ide.
