add esp32p4 support

Still some TODO's

Since there are no datasheets and no TRM available i am scrapping infos out of esp-idf. The newly released v5.3 has support for the p4 and its working on my local board.

GPIO pins. Need to find out what gpio's have adc and rtc support.

Need to check if the core_id stuff really works.

Currently i only get rust code to run through the cmake template building against core.

Hey @Vollbrecht. I just got linked to your PR, and was wondering if the list you left in the description is sort of complete? If so, I might give it a go.

  • [ ] Find out which GPIOs have ADC support
  • [ ] Find out which GPIOs have RTC support
  • [ ] Check if core_id stuff really works

Datasheet and Technical Reference Manual are available now.
