fixedWindowRollup of less than 1 second

This might be a lack of knowledge on my part but I can't seem to see a way to specify a time period of under 1 second for a TimeSeries.fixedWindowRollup. Is this possible?

It was lack of knowledge on my part, found the shorthand notations for smaller intervals here:

This would also be useful for me
