Resource Cache is not guarented to be sync'ed with MongoDB when exiting Netshell

If a resource is saved into a container, and netshell exists immediately after (even gracefully). there is a chance the resource cache did not have a chance yet to store it into the mongodb collection.

Note that this problem is less likely to impact the MP-VPN because that is a background service (never quits).
