You have the plugin's 'Default text direction' setting as a global setting, but what you are suggesting -- of applying the default based on a folder -- is more powerful. Thanks! Will possibly add that at some point :sunglasses:

Yes, it's exactly that and I believe it would match with a lot of people's usage of rtl. In my case, a set of Hebrew or aramean bibles 😀

Another possibility would be to parse the yaml frontmatter for something like :

direction : ltr
---
