Service Degradation?

This URL previously worked https://esm.sh/[email protected]/lib/FreeSemigroup?pin=v72&[email protected] and does not anymore. I also can't get it to work by using a different version or playing around with the params such as target=deno or no-check.

This must have happened ca. 2-3 weeks ago? Worked previously.
